Appetizers Course

The appetizer course is a captivating journey of bold and unexpected flavors, each bite a delightful revelation that dances on the palate—unpredictable yet irresistibly delicious, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal.

Creole Fried Shrimp

Perfectly seasoned and lightly crisped with just the right amount of breading, allowing the succulent shrimp and bold Creole spices to take center stage in every bite. 

Stuffed Baby Bellas

Savory baby portobello mushrooms, generously filled with a luscious blend of whipped cream cheese, crispy pancetta, and a medley of seasonings, then crowned with a rich cheddar-gruyere mix and broiled to golden perfection—finished with a delicate dusting of freshly grated parmesan for an irresistible bite. 

Bang Bang Salmon Bites
